in the Niall Mellon Blitz 2010.

undertaken over the last seven years in
South Africa. Welcome to anyone who is thinking of
participating for the first time in the Niall Mellon
Building Blitz 2010.
This fundraising scheme is to help you to raise funds for participating in the 2010 Blitz..
The proposal is that each participant may:
Contribute €/£100 to setting up a centrally organised prize draw fund.
Use the money collected from selling raffle tickets for part or fully funding the volunteer fee (currently
€5,000 or €4,250 for veterans) for the Niall Mellon Blitz 2010.
Offer exciting prizes to anyone who contributes to your fundraising efforts for the Niall Mellon Blitz 2010.
Gives generous incentives in ticket numbers for large purchasers of tickets.
Proposed timelines:
Deadline for returning application forms and €/£100 is Sunday 14th tFebruary, 2010.
Tickets will be available by early April, 2010.
Draw will take place the last week in June - Venue and exact date may be dependent on
sponsors (if they come on board).
Due to unforeseen circumstances and the fact that the quota for participants in the FUNDRAISING
DRAW was not reached, the organisers have decided to cancel the draw for this year.
Frank Ryan (087 2574 239) will contact all people who have submitted application forms and
cheques to arrange for the return of cheques.
